HIRING A NURSING PROFESSIONAL.

Nurses Requirement and Availability leads Scarcity.

 


                          As we know that doctors are brains and nurses are hearts of health care sector.



                         What we dont know is their sufficiency in hospital, most of us actually dont know the quality care in hospital except for the professionals. 




                    Nurses play an uniq role in hospital sector when there is an insuffiency leads to distrubence in quality care. 

                       As for WHO  guidelines there is one nurse available for 1000 population i. e, 1;1000

                        It was estimated that 2 million nurses are required defined as shortage. 

     2020 indian population is 1.3billion(138 crores) 



                    As for Indian nursing council total registerd nurses are 991,138 out of only 377,138 get NUID from INC. 




                            World health organisation reveals that there is 50% lack of less than 3 nurses in 1000 population in the world.
