HIRING A NURSING PROFESSIONAL.

As we all knew that recently AIIMS in all over india conducted common entrance test i.e, NORCET.  Also in many countries nurses, doctors and technicians were hired based on their knowlege and skills, which were tested by conducting a test with interview.  In few places were medical professionals were hired with recommendations.  unlike other fields it should be must that a medical professional hired or taken only after assessing his skills and abilities with knowledge like how he/she can handle the case.  If we hire well knowledgeble professional nurse the chances of  making mistakes is low.  https://www.google.com/amp/s/abcnews.go.com/amp/US/story%3fid=95810&page=1

TRUTH BEHIND INSPECTION IN NURSING.

       


 In india there are 140 nursing colleges including government and private.

There are 170 Nursing colleges in andhra pradesh out of which only 12 are goverment colleges.

If you see the difference nearly many colleges in india were not recognised by INC. 

Inspection in nursing colleges are not fully accomplished as medical colleges. 

There is simple logic says that nurses requirement is more essential than doctors i. e, 1 doctor is enough for 1000 population but we need 3 nurses per 1000 population. 

Inspection in private nursing collegea is like little drama which college management temperarily bring dazens of staff along with equipments, just like tent house for marrages. 


There is no enough class rooms and measurements but any private nursing college will get permission. 

By giving permission to the colleges which dont follow the rules and protocals that show its impact on students and their studies. 


I wonder when i visited many nursing colleges how did they get permision with lack of basic equipments. 

    I think every one knows how an unqualified college gets all its permission. 



I was shockes when i hear this imformation that a single institute having nearly 3 to 5 nursing collegea on different names but all the students from 3 to 5 colleges having the same class room common can you imagine this situation.
