HIRING A NURSING PROFESSIONAL.

As we all knew that recently AIIMS in all over india conducted common entrance test i.e, NORCET. 

Also in many countries nurses, doctors and technicians were hired based on their knowlege and skills, which were tested by conducting a test with interview. 

In few places were medical professionals were hired with recommendations. 

unlike other fields it should be must that a medical professional hired or taken only after assessing his skills and abilities with knowledge like how he/she can handle the case.
